Motegi Circuit Position Will Not Replaced

Motegi - MotoGP CEO Carmelo Ezpelata asserted, Motegi Circuit will not be replaced, if the local promoters decided not to hold a race in Japan.

As reported earlier, Japan was experiencing an earthquake and tsunami disaster recently. As a result, the schedule of races in MotoGP in Japan had pushed back because the situation is not possible to hold a race.

Until now, the situation in Japan is still very alarming. Not surprisingly, the promoter has not been whether the country Sakura promises it can hold a race on October 2 or not.

"We are still awaiting a decision from the local promoter," commented Ezpeleta. "However, with cases like this, so promoters can not issue a decision this year's race, the Motegi position will not be replaced."
