Sir Alex must Find Replacement Scholes

MANCHESTER - Several new players have been acquired Manchester United in the transfer market this time. But there's one position that has not also acquired the Red Devils, which is a player to replace Paul Scholes in midfield.

As is known, Scholes was already decided to retire at the end of the 2010-11 season. Practically, after getting David de Gea, Phil Jones and Ashley Young, Sir Alex Ferguson still have to rack my brain to find a player who will be the successor to Scholes in the midfield ranks.

"I'm sure the coach has found a new player in every position. But, if he can get a quarterback, I think it could help. Because we not only lose Scholes, Owen Hargreaves, but also," said former United player, Arthur Albinston.

"So, Sir Alex probably try to bring in one more midfielder to complement the existing position of Darren Fletcher, Michael Carrick and Anderson," continued writing the column Albinston Man-United.com site on Sunday (07/03/2011).

Sir Alex needs to get a quarterback is very urgent. With the retirement of Scholes and Hargreaves release, then United's coach must find a new player to the transfer market this time.

Some names have been pocketed by Sir Alex. The new coach earned a doctorate from a university in Stirling, it is rumored to glance midfielder Samir Nasri and Thiago Alcantara. But, Albinston ask the United fans to be patient.

"I think Sir Alex will be looking for a quarterback again and I'm sure we can find a young player like Paul Scholes, to strengthen the squad. But we must be patient and believe in the coach's decision," he said.
