
LONDON - Freddie Ljunberg leave the rigors of competition in mainland Europe. Sweden's veteran midfielder is flying away to Japan to join S-Pulse.

Ljunberg may follow a number of other top players, who migrated to Asia at the end of their careers. As a footballer, Ljunberg was no longer young. Former Arsenal and Celtic player is now 34 years old.
